locked os x mac

Hello,

My loptop somehow locked it self. The situation was as follows:

By rewriting maverics, Iset the language, time zone. iCloud data asked me to choose/enter the PIN code. My choice was: 5432, becouse it is very simple. Then loptop threw the table: your pc is locked and rebooting shows: enter the PIN code, when im entering code (5432), it shows: wrong code, try again.

During the program "find my phone" I can see that it is located and send e-mail in it and thats it.

All in all, its very strange that you have your own pc, and when you decide to rewrite your maverics, such a big problems shows, and I do not understand why it is so difficult, if you forget the code, to recover.

So, as you are apple representatives, I am asking you for help to solve this problem.
