iPad won't Bluetooth connect to previously connected device

I had my ipad connected to a Panasonic surround sound. I had recently connected a keyboard as well. I clicked forget this device to the Panasonic surround sound. Ever since I have been unable to find the device on my list. I disconnected the keyboard. I restarted both the surround sound and iPad. It won't show back up? The surround sound is in discoverable mode. Bluetooth is turned on on the iPad....... Help

You can connect multiple bluetooth devices, like a keyboard and headphones. However, not two that use audio. That's because the audio channel over A2DP can only play to one device at a time. Its a limitation of the audio feed via bluetooth - there is no split or simultaneous feed to multiple devices. A2DP is a uni-directional 2 channel (ie. stereo) audio feed only.

 Cheers, Tom 😉
