Registration Code

Hello,
yesterday I bought Quicktime Pro online. I received two e-mails following the purchase; 1. Apple Store confirmation 2. an Invoice.
Neither of the two e-mails included a registration code though. I followed the instructions on Customer Service to retrieve the reg. code. The page that was loaded was the "Downloadable Software Purchase History" which specifies my purchase including date and part number - still no registration code.

Now, I would be grateful to get hints to as to where I can actually get my registration code...!

You can retrieve your registration code at your account in Apple Store.
First, go to Apple Store (note: you have to go back to the Apple Store where you made the purchase i.e. Canada for your case). Click "Your Account" when you're in Apple Store and login (you should have already signed up for an Apple ID if this was your first purchase on Apple Store). Then, click on "Downloadable software purchases", your Registrated Name and Regisration Keys will be shown (something like below):
Registered Name: xxxxxxx x x xxxx
Keys: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Keep after Apple. There seems to be a problem with their automated online purchase of software as this issue has been reported in the past by others.

I got a refund and as soon as the online apple store works again I will order "again".
