Why can't I find Skype in the App Store?

I can't find it in the USA app store either

Can you redownload it by

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

It could be temporarily unavailable since MS is updating the app

What happens when you connect your iPod to your computer and go to your iTunes, iPod page. Then go to the Apps page, is it there? Can you see the Skype app in the list of Apps? If so, then tap on the tab so it reads Will Install, then sync your iPod. Hope this helps, Cheers.
