Hi everyone,
My sister created an icloud account with my old email address which was hacked into through facebook
and I had to delete that account and start up a new one.
How do I delete the account she created and start a new one???

What do you mean when you say you had to "delete that account". There is no way to "delete" an Apple ID. Do you mean you just stopped using it? We need to understand what happened to that other account.

what happened was because someone else tried to get into my hotmail account but they didn't know what
the password was and because they tried it to many times microsoft asked for a verification key but I was never given one, so it effectivly froze me out.
So I was forced to create a new email account and I changed it on my itunes account and the password and everything was fine.
but on my sisters Ipod it starting asking for the password for the old account my sister created with the old email account for this iCloud account but the password doesn't work anymore.
and the ipod doesn't let her to anything because the message keeps poping up
Did you create a brand new Apple ID, or did you go in and Edit the old email address and change it to the new address?

I just signed into my itunes account and went into setting and changed the email address to the new one
That isn't what I am asking. When you changed to the new email address, did you set up a brand new Apple ID or did you Edit the old Apple ID's email address to the current one?
You are trying to remove the iCloud account that is signed onto the iPod, right?

I didn't create a new account I just edited the address and Yes I would like to remove the account that signed
into the ipod
OK, so here's what you need to do:
1. Go to Manage your Apple ID and sign on with your current Apple ID and password. Click on the Edit button and change the Apple ID back to the old ID (This is temporary. Do NOT verify it. Do NOT change the password): Apple - My Apple ID
2. Go to Settings>iCloud on the iPod, and scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account. Type in your current Apple ID password when asked. Follow the prompts to delete the iCloud account
3. Go back to Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID back to the current email address. You may need to verify it.
4. Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with the new Apple ID
