Billing problem with a iBook purchase how do I cancel the purchase

I try to update my apps and it keeps popping up that I have a billing problem with a previous purchase I purchased a book from iBooks that was pre ordered how do I cancel that purchase ? I'm thinking it was charged and I didn't have the money on my card for the purchase to go through

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6

Pre-orders aren't charged for until they are released. If the book has now been released and iTunes has tried to collect payment for it then purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel the purchase : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


If the pre-order hasn't yet been released then I don't think that it can cause a 'billing problem with a previous purchase' message, but you could try cancelling the pre-order via your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5714
