I just updated my Macbook Pro to OS X 10.9.3, and now I can't get anymore unlimited skips on iTunes radio. I have iTunes match, and am logged in on my computer. Did iTunes remove the unlimited skips with iTunes radio for Match subscribers? Or is there anything I can do to get my unlimited skips back? Thanks!

That's not correct. It definitely allowed unlimited skips, but may have been phased out with Apple Music.
Perhaps, but if that's the case, how come many people are saying that they had unlimited skips until today and now they don't?
