Mac OS X Snow Leopard can't install, USB/Thumb Drive or disk.

A couple days ago I've bought Snow Leopard for my MacBook (2009) that has a broken optical drive meaning I cannot download from the CD they gave me. I also tried looking for tutorials to install Snow Leopard by Thumb drive but I have no other Mac computer. I have 2 Windows 8 computers and 1 Windows 7 computer. Every tutorial explains how to burn Snow Leopard to a thumb drive from a Mac to install the os on another mac or how to burn os x to a thumb drive and install onto Windows. There is NO tutorial on how to burn Snow Leopard from Windows 7 to Mac and install!!!

Help please. (Sorry if I confused you)

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8), I have a Windows 7 as a second comp

if you have a firewire cable AND you can find someone with a Mac that has a compatible Firewire port, you can put your Mac into "Target" Mode (Boot holding Command-T) where it turns your Mac into a external disk enclosure that you can mount on another Mac via a Firewire cable.

Now using the friend's Mac and working DVD drive, install Snow Leopard via the DVD onto your Mac, as your Mac will appear as an external disk to the friend's Mac. Just be careful not to wipe out your firend's boot disk 😁
