Hi
I have downloaded a Clickshare application ad have it open on my Mac Book Air.
However I can only see it in my applications folder but nothing seems to be happening on my desktop.
I cant trash it to try to reinstall as it is open.
Please advise.

If you have an application that is not responsive, you may need to force it to quit. Use the procedure found in this article to do so -
