Where are you seeing this 'charge' ? Does it show on your iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If it does, and if nobody else has access to that account, contact iTunes Support if you haven't already done so : https://support.apple.com/contact . And change your account's password if you haven't already done so http://appleid.apple.com - after changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.
Obviously we, i.e. fellow users, won't know what the charges are for. Have you tried looking at your iTunes account(s) purchase history and, if applicable, family share members purchase histories : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?
Yes, I would definitely suggest you go and review your Billing History or Purchase History.
If you're in a hurry you can go through the iPhone Appstore application. But if you want the actual details, I'd suggest you use iTunes on your laptop.
How have you been trying to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) ?
You've checked the purchase history on your account e.g. you didn't have any auto-renewing subscriptions and/or pre-orders that were due ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you don't recognise the item, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
