i just downloaded the new itunes 7, and as soon as i did all of my video will not play. The window opens but all i here is sound and a green static appears. Sometimes there's no sound at all. not even the videos i bought on itunes will play. please help. i tried to use phone service but the doushbags are making me pay a hefty sum. u are my only hope...

oh yeah, all that plays is an episode of 30 days. wierd huh? also, for a demo of what i mean watch the preview for boundin', a pixar short thats having the same problem.
I am having the same issue. All my purchased videos will not play....tells me my computer is not authorized. Plays my ripped videos from other sources and my vidcasts. I have tried unauthing and reauthing...no help. I can play all my purchased music.....just no video. Not good. I am running Leopard. I am a Select Developer. Not good.

Try this
1. Quit iTunes.
2. Go to: Start menu > Control Panels > QuickTime.
3. Click on the Advanced tab.
4. Un-check the checkbox next to "Enable Direct3D video acceleration".
5. Open iTunes.
6. Play the video.

Uahoo.. my video was crap.. but now after I have modified the advanced option on QuickTime control panel... it is ok and now the new iTunes..is cool... needs some improvements but is ok...
