MHT viewer free works great with my 4MB mht files, not so much around 14MB. This issue persists on both iOS and WIN XP-WIN10. Talking with Frank to get it resolved if at all possible; will keep everyone abreast of our progress here.

Old thread, but I found this in search and figured others might too. There are apps for this now. I picked MHT Viewer Free (I have no affiliation and there are others). Worked fine. touched the extension and it brought up the context menu, scrolled right and found the app, opened it right up. Hope that helps someone.
