Hi,
My iTunes doesn't install new apps and few installed apps doesn't show on iPad. "Automatic Install new apps" and "Install" options are grayed out. There is no page 3 on my iPad but my iTunes shows. Please see the attached image and please help!

it could be its not compatile with ur iPad or ur ipad is low on space. try restarting a few times or go on you mac/pc andinstall apps from their.
Both my macbook and windows laptop were authorized to the iPad and it was working fine. But now I get same problem on both the computers. Below are the steps i've already tried:
1. Did all updates.
2. De-authorized all computers and authorized only macbook.
2. Reset iPad through itunes (summary page).
3. Reset using iPad option. General ->Settings -> Reset -> Reset all settings and Reset home screen layout.
4. Reset by holding power & home button.
Even after doing all these reset the issue is same as mentioned above. Any idea?

On your iPad do you currently have Settings > General > Restrictions > Installing Apps set 'off' ?
And for the third page not showing on your actual iPad do you have an app age rating set in Restrictions that is hiding them ?
Thanks King_Penguin! Yes, you are right. Restrictions are currently disabled but I can see it is "Off". Even after enabling restrictions I can't change its status, it is grayed out.
App age rating is set to Allow all apps.
Is it a work iPad and/or do you have an Exchange email account on the iPad that might be preventing you from installing apps ? If you do have an Exchanged email account then the account administrator may have set something up on the account that prevents apps being installed.

Thank you, Mate! All set now. 🙂 This is my personal iPad but I have installed my office MDM profile for testing. After removing those profiles it is working great.
