Need help with guest network

Set up guest network and it shows as an option. When selected and password entered, it's not able to connect and just continues to try. Any suggestions? Already tried restarting and setting up again.

Set up guest network and it shows as an option. When selected and password entered, it's not able to connect and just continues to try.

Typically, this type of error occurs when your AirPort router is not matched up correctly to the type of modem that you have.

You may....or my not....be able to create a guest network correctly depending on the type of modem that you have.

If you could post back with the make and model number of your "modem", we will be able to provide more information on your options.
