i have i phone problem due to lost apple id . how can i remove old id and active i phone? give me solution

Do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library ? If you do then you can your id from that : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1920
If not then can you get the id via https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid ?
When you've remembered/found the id then you can either remove the phone from it directly on the phone, or by logging into http://icloud.com
