Trying to play a DVD, and the drive takes it in, and then ejects it a second or two later.
Hints or suggestions?

Hi,
I had the same problem. My 5 years old brother was beside me and he had a book mark in his hand. He inserted that in the DVD/CD slot and the Macbook pro ejected a business card. Now the DVD is working perfectly. So try using a book mark to remove stuff that are not suppose to be inside.
