Q: Airplay x IPAD2

I have an apple tv and I can connect with my iphone, but I can not do the same with my ipad 2. Both are connected to the same wifi network. Can anyone help me. Grateful. Gerson

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 7.1.1
