Heating and Network issue?

hi,

i brought my iphone 4s in Feb... it worked fine for a few days and post that, the network kept dropping, i would be able to hear any1 inside my house(ground floor) always had to go outside and do that. when i turn on 3G it would get heated up, it will lose the 3Gconnectivity even when i standing on the rooftop or in any open area and my wife Samsung will do just fine, when the battery is at 30-40% it would get heated for no reason. i decided to go to the Apple service center in Gurgaon(India) and i was told that this happened due to the application you have on the phone, i kept guessing that Facebook and CSR drifting game downloaded from App Store can cause the issue, the worst part was that they told me that i have a bug or virus on my Iphone due to these apps, CAN AN APPLE DERVICE GET A BUG OR VIRUS.. MY THINKING WAS "WHAT A JOKE"... the service center guy aksed me to restore the phone and i will lose my pics as they dont back, which was fine, but when i told them i did a reset myself and they did not agree. post i got the restore done... i tried to restore my backup(of only Contacts, SMS and Calender) they said do it from home as the store is getting closed... i came home and surprise surprise.... it again lost connection on 3G... i did not have network inside my house and it heated up again... all the issue REMAINED THE SAME... so sure what to do next... can someone from APPLE contact me....
