contacts sync schedule

I just added a new name and address in Contacts, on my iPhone 5 IOS 7.1 or something, and it has not shown up on my other devices over an hour later.

On my phone I have the switch by Contacts turned on (under iCloud) as well as on my iPad and my Mac, and MacBookpro.

How long does it usually take to sync and is there a way I can "sync now!!"?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Below the Contacts section, what is selected as the Default Account?
