Hi

I'm trying to view some files for an online course I'm styudying. Works fin through a pc or ipad, but I get this message when I try with a macbook

Can not create local file pool directories, please verify permissions in dataroot.

Any ideas what the problem is ?

That's an error message from a "Moodle" server. It has nothing to do with your computer, and only the server administrator can do anything about it.
