How do I number pages excluding the title page?

In Pages, I would like to begin page numbering in the body of my manuscript and not beginning with the title page. Maybe this can illustrate what I mean.

TITLE PAGE, 1ST PAGE OF MANUSCRIPT does not show page number 1, SECOND PAGE OF MANUSCRIPT shows page number 2. Does this make any sense? Thank you.

What version of Pages?

Generally you can make an exception of the first page in the document settings.

You can also Insert a Section Break at the foot of the first page and Start Number at 2 with the 2nd page, unchecking Use Previous Headers and Footers.
