Q: Can't reset Iphone-no longer have old iCloud email.

I no longer have my iCloud email, and the email used for my apple ID is different. I would like to reset the settings on my iPhone since it has been acting up, but it is asking for my password for the iCloud account email (which no longer exists) and I have been entering the password which was connected to the account but it is not working. All I would like to do is reset all settings on my phone, so I can clean it and redo all the settings.

The reasoning behind me wanting to reset all settings is because the music I have had on my phone is music I no longer really listen to and Itunes will not allow me to remove it, I've clicked manually add music, as well as I have unclicked all the Artists in the Music section of settings (on itunes ) on the device. The music still WILL NOT come off.

Please help.

Thank you.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1

You might want to try deleting all the music on your phone, then sync back the music you want.  Go to Settings>General>Usage>Music, tap Edit, then tap next to All Music.

As for your iCloud issue, If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone and reset all settings (if you still want to).  When finished, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was, then re-enable Find My iPhone.
