Upgraded from Linksys to Airport. Now printer doesn't work!

My linksys wireless-G router quit yesterday... just crapped out. I bought an Airport Express and had it set up and my MacBook Pro and Apple TV were online in about 3 minutes. Today I had to print something and my HP Deskjet 6000 won't work. It can't find the network and my Mac can't find it. I've been on HP's site and every HP help blog I can find to troubleshoot this and nothing has helped.

How can I get my printer to detect the network so I can resume printing wirelessly?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, 500GB HD

Thanks, but that article appears to be for a printer that is connected directly to the Airport base station. My setup isn't like that. Everything worked wirelessly through the linksys router and that is what I want to accomplish with the new Airport Express setup. The printer is in the room next to the Airport room so connecting via USB isn't really an option. In fact, I don't even have a "square" style USB cord that the printer uses so I couldn't connect it to the Airport regardless.
