Q: iPad Mail

Have just had to replace my iPad. Ive restored the backup from iCloud

 

Problem i'm having is that I cant send out any mail -  "please go to Mail account Settings and enter a password" - everything is in order there but still not working? Incoming mail no problem

 

I have and email address for our home interent provider and a  @me.com address which are linked here

 

Can anyone give me some direction?

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.1
