My iphone 5s 4g lte or 4g data option missing its only showing mobile data and 3g.How can i enable 4g lte on my iphone im using ios 7.1.1 please help

You are in which country and the iPhone was purchased where - new from an official/authorized source, or purchased used from a non-authorized source?
Im using it In Karachi pakistan yes i bought it new from an authorized source
And i have checked its serial no at official apple site i.e this site and its a ok set
Is 4g available in your Country?
If so are you paying your provider for 4g access?
Have you enabled 4g on the device Settings>mobile>enable 4g?

You did not purchase this iPhone from an official/authorized source in Pakistan because there is no such thing in Pakistan.
Are you sure you have an iPhone 5s as mine has the 4g option & I only have 3g? Does your phone have the fingerprint button/scanner at the bottom where a 5c/4s has a button with a square in the centre?
And to add to what Allan has said, since there are no authorized service providers in Pakistan, there would be no 4G/LTE support. I'm not sure where you may have purchased the phone, but it wasn't an authorized reseller, and there is no supported carrier there either.
The iPhone is not available at all from any legitimate source in Pakistan. There are no supported carriers in Pakistan. There are no carriers in Pakistan who offer LTE support for the iPhone.
Who said there r no authorized dealers and 4g service providers i have purchased it with 1 year international warranty what r u guys talking about i have used 4s 5 and now using 5s do u think i dont know the differnce between phones and yes while i was using 5 it had the 4g lte option when there wasnt any provider here now there is service provider for 4g iam just saying my phone does not show 4g option and u guyz r telling me its not a 5s or its a fake one i will send u the serial no check it ur self
Apple does not sell the iPhone officially in Pakistan, and there is no international warranty for the iPhone.
No offence but perhaps instead of getting irate with those who are trying to assist you you could perhaps answer the questions posed as we have no idea what exactly you see so have to make suggestions or ask obvious questions so we can get a better understanding.
If you did buy the phone from an official Apple store/official reseller when others say it's impossible then perhaps posting the information about the store - like an address, this I would think would be on your receipt or invoice.

Again, as explained earlier, you are using a gray market phone and do not have a supported carrier. That is why you are seeing what you do.
These are the supported carriers for the iPhone. support.apple.com/kb/HT1937 Do you see Pakistan there? No.
