Apple does not sell the iPhone in Pakistan. There are NO authorized sources from which you can purchase an iPhone in Pakistan. There are NO supported carriers for the iPhone in Pakistan at all.

The iPhone DOES NOT have an international warranty. It never has. You have a gray market phone imported from another market.

If your cellular carrier can't help you, then you're out of luck. Apple will not support the use of the iPhone in Pakistan, much less LTE on the iPhone in Pakistan.

To enable 4g LTE service, you must:

1. use a cellular carrier that offers this service.

2. be within range of a service tower (I sometimes am not and the 4g LTE is not in my top bar)

Your phone has the ability, but the service isnt offered.

You didn't buy anything from my web site. I am a user, just like you and do not sell phones. You are not addressing Apple here. If you are in Canada and have the same thing, and I'm not sure what same thing you are referring to, then your carrier does not provide 4G/LTE where you are located. It also depends on what version of the iPhone that you have. 4G/LTE support has only been available since the iPhone 5. Again it is possible you are not in 4G/LTE range, but depending on your carrier and your carrier profile, if they do not provide 4G/LTE, then you would only see Enable 3G in the Settings area.

sorry I ment the official apple web site. My phone is an 5s and in the tech spec this is my model

I believe that it is my provider that hasn't got 4g yet.... if I'm wrong let me know but I believe that the LTE is the 4g on my phone.🙂

Which model iPhone 5S do you have an A1533 or an A1457? You can check by going into the About tab from the general section.

Well i was having the same issue on Warid LTE. Only 3G option was available on iOS 7.2.1

The representative at the customer service center told me that you need at least iOS 8.1.

So i solved it by upgrading the iOS.

As soon as i upgraded to the latest iOS 8.1.1. iTunes notified me that new carrier settings were available for my operator. I clicked to allow the settings to install. Vola i now had LTE on my set.

Two cellular operators in the country now providing 4G LTE services. Warid and Zong. Zong has announced its commercial launch on September, while Warid is running on trial at the moment. Commercial launch expected any time this month.
