Q: How to install Bootcamp on a 2009 Macbook Pro that does not have a disc drive
I have a 2009 Macbook Pro that is running Mavericks. The disc drive no longer works,
not really a problem as I actually do not own any discs. However when I try to install
Bootcamp, it shows the error of " The installer disc cannot be found". I have already
made up a USB boot drive, and I have the Windows ISO ready to go on an external drive.
This must be a fairly common problem. Tried to search on Google, but it was such a
mishmash of old and new information none of it made sense. Thanks for any help !!!
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)
