Q: Cannot get @ to come up? Battery power is not working on keyboard even with new batteries? HELP

Battery Power is not working on my keyboard eve, with new batteries. It will say connected and then lost connection. Cannot use @ sign. Cannot open web pages...

Troubleshooting wireless mouse and keyboard issues
OS X: Bluetooth devices become unresponsive
Try a wired KB/try the KB on another device to help determine if y have an KB or computer problem.

BTW, this is the Mac Pro desktop forum
