Apps account aligned to different country

I recently changed my id details as I had forgotten the password. Since I have changed it has aligned my account to Germany. I have never lived in Germany and am based in the UK. I am now prevented from downloading the Apps store as I am informed that I have to buy from the germany store.


Thanks - any advice would be appreciated!
