Q: Once again problem is not resolving

I have performed tasks that you said but when i open videos and open (store) at the top left corner , it loads and says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" plz help !

One more thing plz tell me how do I use fingerprint lock ?

It says finger print is not available but down it shows 1 finger print available which I have given to it !

Which of the replies to your posts does the 'I have performed tasks that you said' refers to ? You've logged out and back into your account on your phone, disconnected and reconnected to your network, done a soft-reset of your phone, reset all settings ?
