Q: I forgot my answers to my security questions and I'm not receiving my reset email I need help soon because I have $15 on my account please help ASAP

either login on a known device ( security questions are asked on a new/unknown device or computer.

or

figure out which email account is your "rescue email".   the reset is not sent to your regular email account/apple ID email.

or

call support and make an appointment to identify yourself enough to get them to reset the password for you.
