unable to sync ipad unknown error -50
Since the recent software update I haven't been able to sync the ipad with itunes on the mac as it freezes with the above error. Have done a full restore with no luck. Any ideas? Claire
For unknown error -50
Disconnect the iPad from your Mac.
Open the Finder.
From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/Networkinterfaces.plist
Click Go then move the Networkinterfaces.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac. Connect the iPad then launch iTunes.
