Logitech K811 Easy Switch Keyboard does not connect to my Mac Book.

Hello,

I have been searching solutions through the forum and done the usual trouble shooting. However I can't seem to get the keyboard to connect to the mac.

My Macbook is the 2008 aluminium version that is running on OS 10.6.8. I have recently bought the easy switch bluetooth keyboard. The keyboard connects to my Iphone 4 and Ipad 2 smoothly.

However on my macbook, it keeps getting stuck at the window where its attempting to pair with the keyboard with a set of numbers. The keyboard and the mac does not move pass this page even after entering the numbers.

I have done the usual trouble shooting of

1. Restarting the Mac and Keyboard

2. Shut Down of Mac

3. Delete bluetooth.plist

4. Delete the PRAM.

Would anyone have any idea of can I get the keyboard to work on my mac?
