I try to backup my iphone 4 and it does not happen.
I plug into power turnon wifi turnon backup and it says backing up then after some time it says backup now last backed up in may
iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.1
Check your iCloud Storage, press Manage Storage. do you have enough storage still? how big is the Next Backup size?
I go to settings get wifi turn on backup lock phone plug into power it does not backup
