I've been haveing the same problem and its ever since i downlaoded and installed itunes 7... the only thing i can think of to do is to uninstall itunes 7 and reinstall the one that your ipod came with or itunes 6... thats what im gonna do.
ok so that plan didn't work so don't do it... cause you won't be able to open itunes... it come up with a message sayin that it can not open the library becuase it has been created by a newer version of itunes...
wait... i know im back and your probably sick of me... but it DOES work but in order for it to work you need uninstall itunes 7 and reinstall itunes 6 than you need to go into your urser profile on your computer and and go to music and than delete the itunes folder... now you may lose songs if you do this... so do it at your own risk... make back ups of all your music first... than itunes should open and you should be able to get into the itunes store as well... this is what i just did and it worked... i hope this can help you all... if you have any other questions bout this just lemme know... ttyl byes
The TTL was what my problem was. I was able to browse around the Music Store, but when I went to sign in it would say network error. I went into IE and enabled TTL and it started working right away with Itunes 7. Thanks!
make sure your firewall has accepted itunes as upgrading it means u need to accept it again or update it in the program list
so make sure itunes and the itunes helper is accepted in your firewall and the windows firewall (although it is best to disable the windows firewall if you have another one installed to avoid conflicts)
