My phone deactivated and my email. Now there are two options the email and answer the secret question but i forgot. And my email is Deactivated. How can I fix it?

Due to attemps of my friend my phone was de activated so now when we're trying to activate it. there are two options. Send to my email and answer the secret question. Problem is I forgot the answer so I use send it to my mail. But I remember I also regist my m******iCloud.com as my mail. but when I try to log it in it's also deactivated how can I activate my phone? 😮

I'm just frustrated because it's almost 2months we can't use the phone. I will contact the Account Security Team. I forgot the answers in my security questions. So when I try to use the other option like we will send a message to your email and I can verify it. But I used the same account my iCloud ID. So it was also deactivated that's why I can't open my mail.
