Jun 19, 2014 4:46 AM in response to AnaMusicby 1972william,HI i cant remember my security question the problem is that i live in zambia afric so i cant contact apple and wen i join my apple id to change my security he just ask answer so he did not show me the link like if i forgot my security question or he did not show me the rescue email what i can do about that problem i cant loose my account like that .thx

Jun 19, 2014 5:04 AM in response to 1972williamby King_Penguin,As far as I can see there isn't currently an iTunes store in Zambia, so presumably you are using another country's store (which is against the stores terms of use) - when will you be back in the country that you have on your account ?

Jun 19, 2014 5:19 AM in response to 1972williamby King_Penguin,You won't be able to use that country's store until you return there - the terms include that you need to be in the country to use it, trying to use a store when you aren't in the country is a violation of the terms

and after this i bought a mac book and tried to used the same account but it was nt reachebale,so they send me a message in wich they explainig to me that i should answer for the security questions cause it is the first time of using my mac book.
and it was 2 of the security questions but these are changed .
if u can help me i appreciate it and if no its ok ,cause i paid lot of money and its not easy to loose it right?

From the US store's terms of use :
The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.
