Email account no longer valid and cant remember password for Icloud so cant delete account

I opened and icloud accoun with my then email.

Due to cost I had to change email and so set up new account

The old email account is no longer available to me and I have forgotten the password.

As I cant remember the password and cannot retireve it through email and for whatever reason the answers to my security questions wont work so I cant delete the email account.

I cant fix a problem with my phone not syncing contacts back to my address book on my mac laptop and I need them for work.

If I load on my mac they tranfer across but then I have 2 of the same contacts.

Changes and updated to contact details are also not transfered across to the mac address book either .
