Q: Can I publish a sample chapter in iBook Store now, and then publish the entire book there in a few months.

Would like to publish one chapter of an iBook to the iBooks Store now, and then publish the entire book (not yet written) at a later date. Same title. Is it possible to do this? If so, can you give hints about how?
