Imessage won't Activate no matter what i do

My imessage and facetime was Working Perfectly until 2days ago ... It stopped working all of a sudden ... I tried every thing Except for restoring my Iphone 4s ios 7.1.1 which i really Don't prefer to do

REstored network settings several Times

Turned it of and on

TUrned the Phone off and on

and Many others. And I tried to Put another Sim Card in my Phone To see if it was my carrier Problem But Now it is writting The other Sim number!! it just Says waiting for activation and after a while it says Activation unsuccessful

Have you solved it ? I have same problem, tried everything including restoring device to default. It was working with earlier software fine, and since I updated to 8.1.2 it stopped. Just says waiting for activation or unable to active.

See this support document. If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support If it fails to activate in 24 hours, call Apple Care.
