I would like to speak with someone and not on the phone. I am in a different country and dont have a phone to use while I am here. I just need to email or speak with someone but its nothing to do with a product. I want to know information about the company and have a few other questions. Does anyone know an email address to email?

You can view the Contact Us page at http://www.apple.com/contact/ -- it has a number of contact options. There's no general information email that I am aware of, although since Apple is a publicly-traded company, you should be able to find out general information about the company by looking online (such as on the press info page: http://www.apple.com/hotnews/)

There are several apps you can use and all work really well!
1-Go to the app store and download "Text Now"
2-"Tango" is EXTREMELY good and reliable for video calls across both iPhone and Android;
so, if you have an iPhone and your friend had an android install Tango on each phone
and you'll be video conferencing immediately.
Best of all, you can have a group video call of up to 5 people at the same time!
