error?!

I seem to be getting an error when I try to install the new Itunes format on to my iPod. I downloaded it fine on my computer but I keep getting an error 1428 or something like that. Anyone know what to do!?

I have just connected to my Intel MacBook Pro and the firmware download loaded AOK this time - not sure why it did not on the G5?? John T

i have had so many problems with itunes 7. i wish i didn't upgrade and i wish i hadn't bought an ipod.

after over coming other issues... i now have the "unknown error 1428" after trying to restore my ipod.

can anyone please help me before i throw my ipod in the yarra river!!!!

I'm also receiving errors after this new software upgrade.

Error 1407 was the 1st
