Ipod touch NOT SYNCING ANY MUSIC, even when plugged in and "syncing"

I restored my operating system so my computer is faster. I reinstalled itunes, loaded all of my music back on from my ipod thanks to this software icopybot. But when I plug in whenever I download new songs and want to sync them, my ipod doesn't sync, so I have to press 'sync', and when I do, my ipod automatically starts loading every song on my library, and once it reaches a certain song, it stops syncing and gives me the error, unless I delete that song, then it re-syncs every **** song over and over again. Not just the new songs. I also just got this message that there's not enough space left, although the space bar says there's 1.42 gb left. I tried sync with both of my chargers and it does the same thing. I would like another reply thanks.

Yeah, I've tried that before. It doesn't matter. It still goes through the process of completely skipping music sync and if I get lucky, automatically deleting every song and reloading it back on which usually lags on a certain song then the sync implodes. It syncs photos fine though. This is so ****** up.

And if it helps, I just got my ipod replaced. This just started happening 2 or 3 weeks ago, and on both ipods.
