Winthing Pulse does not work anymore and still under warranty

Hello,

I bought a Withings Pulse last november at Strasboug's Apple Store.

Everything was working properly but for 2 weeks now, my Pulse doesn't work anymore... I tried to contact Withing's assistance unsuccessfully, so I decided to drive to the Apple Store ( 1 hour driving ! ), just to hear that they won't do anything because it's not an Apple item....


Well, my question is : how can I exchange my product which is STILL under warranty regarding the french law. I have the bill to prove it...

Regarding the French Law, normally it is the place where you buy that have to do something to help...

In which case go back again to the Apple Store and remind them of the relevant Frensh laws on retailing law

Certainly in UK the retailer is initially responsible unless the manufacturer requires all defective items to be returned to them in all instances
