hide computer on network...

i'm on a school network in a dorm and want to hide my computer so that people who get bored and decide to start browsing around the computers on the network can't see my computer and try messing with it.

MacBook Pro 15.4", Mac OS X (10.4.7), 2.16GHz Core Duo, 2GB Ram, 100GB 7200RPM

If you look in the Firewall section of Sharing preferences, there is a button marked, "Advanced". What you want is in there.
