I owe you an apology. I am having some difficulty reading the smaller type in the new ASC forum and I truly did misread your first post. The second time, I just lashed out because I was upset and that's not fair to you, nor does it serve any purpose whatsoever on a public forum like this.

in any event, no matter what the circumstances are/were, I was wrong and I apologize for my mistakes and rude remarks.

Yes, it is still possible to do this.

This problem that you are having with opening photos is it in the mail app, or the Yahoo app? I assume that Yahoo has an email app. In either case, have you quit the app or apps completely and relaunched and tried again?

In order to close apps in iOS 7, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

Wow! Twice I stated that I am still able to select Save Image, and both times you tell me "Yes, it is still possible to do this."

Is English your primary language?

Dragging the app preview up away from the display at the bottom of the screen accomplished nothing. Yahoo Mail is still there when I go back to the regular layout - it's the mail app below the main screen and is right next to Safari, Photos and Music. I did not want to have to delete the app and then reinstall it, but apparently that may be my only recourse.

If this problem were on my Mac Pro, I would restart Yahoo Mail. If that failed to correct the problem, I would restart my machine.

Sorry, I misread your post. And I did it twice. It happens. Is English your primary language? I'm explaining how to quit the app, genius. You don't drag the icon up from the dock. Double tap the home button and drag the preview window up off of the screen. However, If you are such a freaking genius, I'm sure that you will figure it out. Good luck.

English may be your first language, but ...

My original post says, "It still is possible to select Save Image and have it in Photos."

Workaround? A true workaround would allow images to be seen as part of the email as they are in 99% of the emails.

The interesting thing is that even when I send the same image later with another Subject, it still does not show up in the mail. And it definitely is NOT too large since it can be attached / sent / downloaded to Photos. It displays as an attachment / part of the email (Gmail) with no problem on my Mac Pro.
