What is Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz

So their is NO WAY to control the overclocking of this.... AT ALL even though its said were allowed to do so...

Turboboost is available on all our newer Mac computers. Its where the processor can 'boost' up to that speed for a small amount of time, for those special projects. It is not able to run at that speed at all time, but it's there the few times you may need it.

It automatically does it for you. There is nothing to set up. It will kick in when you need it, basically like how a turbo works on a car. It kicks in when you need it and shuts off when you don't.

You don't, it turns on and off as needed.
