I've experienced this probably 20 times now over the last 6 months. If I have my earbuds in and something is playing and then I sneeze, it pauses. I have to manually hit play afterward.
It happens regardless of the app: Pandora, iTunes Radio, Podcasts, etc.
It's nothing I'm losing sleep over, but I'd just like to know why it happens.

This is how it happened for me:
When I sneeze I raise my shoulder and turn my head toward my arm to cover my mouth (right arm). It turns out that my chin was pinching the pause button on the ear buds against my collar bone / shoulder causing it to pause.

I'd bet that, when you sneeze, you're somehow tugging on the headphones and pulling them out of the headphone jack just enough to pause the music.
This happens to me too! I can confirm the headphone jack is secure. The wire is litterally clamped on my desk, no possible way it's coming loose. Also I can confirm I do NOT hit the controls. The right earbud (and control) are sitting in my shirt pocket.
This is caused by the noise alone. Wonder why though?
I thought that might have been the case, but since I've made the connection between sneezing / pausing, there's been plenty of slack in the cable and it still happened.
