iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I am running iTunes 11 an when I try to access the iTunes Store I receive the message "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close." Any suggestions>

Dell Inspiron 6000, Windows XP

copying the QTMovieWin.dll from c:\program files (x86)\common files\apple\apple application support\ INTO c:\program files (x86)/iTunes

Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the file named QTMovieWin.dll.

Then browse and paste that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes

Give me a feedback if it works and give me a check (green) for problem solved ok?
