How can I back up my text messages to my PC computer so that I can read them or print them?

I have been trying to backup my text messages so that they are in a readable format on my computer so that I can read them or print them. I have a number of pictures that have been sent and some important conversations I need to save; however, they are taking up a lot of memory on my phone and I would like to delete them, but still have access to them on the computer. I downloaded a free program called Appandora, but it locked up every time it started to save the second text message thread. The one that it did save was in a .txt file and was very difficult to read. I do understand that the texts are backed up when the phone is backed up, but I want them in a readable accessible file. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thanks.

Hi Maria,

I am one of the developers for the programDecipher TextMessage, which will help you back up your text messages to your computer. You can read the texts right in the program in a format similar to the phone itself (with the little chat bubbles,) and you can export the messages into a file with that formatting as well. You can download the free trial from our website: http://deciphertools.com/
